Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at our Weatherford, TX location. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to aid patients in recovery and improved mobility, delivering care through hands-on therapy and modern rehabilitation techniques. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing course-of-care strategies, providing patient education, monitoring progress, and adapting treatment approaches to achieve optimal results. This position allows for flexible scheduling and includes a sign-on bonus.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
- Expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, with a focus on improving quality of life.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Home Care best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Applicable state licensure or eligibility and completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population is a plus.
