Role Description:
This is a full time, on site role for a Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) at our Willow Park, TX location. The Clinical Director is responsible for leading the clinic’s overall performance, balancing clinical excellence, team leadership, and operational success.
This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, including oversight of clinical quality, staff development, and clinic growth. The Clinical Director will ensure the delivery of high quality, evidence based care while driving key performance indicators (KPIs), fostering referral relationships, and maintaining a strong, positive clinic culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care through evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and front office team members.
- Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling efficiency, patient outcomes, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics such as visit utilization, case management, and patient satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This position offers scheduling flexibility and includes a sign on bonus.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in orthopedic and rehabilitation practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive outcomes.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, KPIs, and clinic management best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
